*********TO ALL ****************** I spoke with Daniel Culver at FONR investor relations yesterday. One of my specific questions was " Do you have any pending press releases re:sales" He told me that they had planned to release news this week re:addiitional scanner(s) sold/shipped, however, due to a minor holdup, they "probably" wouldnt issue the release until Feb. I asked if this sales release would address a single sale or multiple sales. He sidestepped the question (as any good IR person should) and stated "it will be a good one". He also stated that their was positive activity taking place with the PPM business and indicated that a press release was pending (mentioned more acquisitions??). At the end of our conversation I restated my question re: sales and asked if the press release they had planned to release this week was for more than 1 scanner. He replied with a direct "Yes" and again indicated it would be a positive release. As always - do your own due diligence, call the company yourself, get the answers straight from the horses mouth, and hold thyself accountable for thine own decisions.
