Okay, let's look at the facts. Reagan said his tax cuts would give us balanced budgets. He was 100% wrong. Gingrich said the Clinton tax increase would cause record deficits and he was 100% wrong. Bush said there were WMDs in Iraq and he was 100% wrong. The gop spent nearly a decade saying they'd repeal and replace the ACA and they were 100% wrong. They didn't even bother to write a plan until after Trump was elected. No one in their party thought it was odd that they never talked about what was in their plan. Being 100% wrong is not a winning strategy unless you're a republican.
