The sale was not handled by me. It was a family decision to sell...myself, my brothers and sisters And it was quite the dilemma for me. As was selling the home I most recently lived in did. I had a 2 hr. discussion with my realtor about it. She's quite high up on the food chain with Patterson Schwartz Realty so they're aware.
