If anyone wonders if it is Fake News that Joe Biden promised to cure cancer if he is elected president, hear it for yourself. I suspect that the Fake News will censor this out of existence very soon.

I heard only one brief reference on Fox, and I just checked the CNN video of Biden's rally and they start the video AFTER Biden says it.
