What I'm showing there is the potential for a change in the current price trend which is based, primarily, on 3 indicators, i.e. Technicals not Fundamentals. When all 3 of them enter a certain area, simultaneously, that's often when either a Buy or a Sell scenario is likely to occur.

It's not 100% full proof, but as you can see, on 3 previous occasions, the stock price either rose or declined when all 3 simultaneously entered a Buy or a Sell zone, namely late Dec. 2018, early Mar. 2019 and late May 2019.

It will be interesting to see what now happens, going forward ....
