Taking data from foreigners is illegal for candidates. In admitting he'd take the data and not tell American law enforcement the president has admitted he would compromise himself with foreign agents.

In admitting he'd protect the world's worst tyrant from being spied on by US intel agencies, he's admitted he IS compromised.
