Of course, I am trolling the Trump supporters by pointing out Trump wasn't as popular as they think in the last election. They think Trump won some masiive landslide election and is fated to do so again.
They have history on their side, you know.

George W. Bush won in 2000 despite losing the popular vote. Democrats constantly trolled Republicans on that fact and how Bush only won because of the Supreme Court.

Then Bush won re-election in 2004, winning both the popular vote and the electoral vote, and the Dems ended up with egg on their faces.

I see no reason to doubt that history will repeat itself. Democrats haven't learned a damned thing, Republicans will stay the course, and the economy is still looking good.

All that will change, however, if the economy turns south before November of 2020.
