News Release - Possible Merger between TSXX and ANTC

Just saw on the PR Newswire that TSX and ANTEC Corp announced they are considering a combination of their companies through the conversion of each share of TSX stock for 1.05 shares of ANTC. The announcement indicates that ANTEC is an international communications technology company in Illinois specializing in design and engineering of broadband networks and manufacturing, materials management and supply of products for fiber and coaxial broadband networks. No further details were given.

ANTEC closed at 16 5/8 which values TSX at about 17 1/2 based on 1.05 ANTEC for each share of TSX. Any comments?
