re ENB - I am not sure what I am missing, but if the argument is that an 50 year old Pipeline isn’t safe, why is there resistance to replace it with an new supposedly safer one? the replacement line would be housed in a tunnel, which would provide additional protection against damage and for sure should make it safer than the current system. Similar arguments could be made for line 3 replacement.
