It was the state Supreme Court that decided for them.

How do you take the Supreme Court to court?

The only way is to get the judges replaced, but of course the liberal majorities in the rest of the state would never let that happen.

Like I said, it's the tyranny of the majority. Power is the only standard that is consistent among liberals.
