the coconut has gone off for the summer, leaving behind report card for the school year, perfect score (biology, humanities, geometry, choir, Chinese, and faith), as measured by score, self-motivation, collaboration, respect & responsibility

he loves his nerf armoury and invites his friends over to duke it out, and he loves his men of war strategy games
our living space is mostly taken over as battle zone, guns, maps, etc etc
bottom line - he loves playing, and then playing some more
he seems to think that him lucking out to enter the same school as the coconut starting coming school year assures him of easy street (learning Chinese in simplified script, what motivated him to want to switch school), and he is right, but reluctantly agreed to study some math with tutor over the next two weeks before going off to his summer break
it is really tough to parent when one needs to seek agreement from the kids on what to do and how, with lots of whereas and therefore's
