It sure looks
like shareholders' only chance here is a buyout by another company,
someone who can buy the patents and run with them. Based on past
performance, KK and current management do not seem to have the tools to do it themselves.

Earnings numbers, assuming they will eventually be released, will
be very useful in evaluating the chances of cash holding up long
enough for a buyer to appear.

Of course, if the technology really isn't
all that exciting to the industry, then the only other hope is
that these mangers will be able to change industry's thinking--not
remotely likely, since they can't even convince investors to push
the stock above a buck a share.

Just an opinion, based on the very limited information coming out of
the company.
