Hello David, I have seen your comments on the LBMSY thread and am in agreement. I am a shareholder of the above company being acquired by PLAT. I had to make a decision, therefore, about becoming a PLAT shareholder. After the work I have done, which has included discussions with some of the PLAT software developers and then PLAT management, I am going to accept the PLAT shares. The PLAT developers, some of which used to work at my current company, have only good things to say about the product integration leading to the ProVision suite and the future plans. I haven't been to the PLAT thread, but that is my next stop. PLAT has not preannounced a shortfall, so I think the .44 for Q4 is in tact. The next item of interest then will be the tone of the conference call and early indications of Q1 1998. Regards.
