[CHAT] Carlton - With the toll-free you pay more per month, and I believe it can automatically grab all days you are missing. It might also run "Update Database" for you - I'm not sure about that. With the internet, you have to click on each day file that you need to download (that's easy because they should be a different color in your browser), and you have to run Update Database manually. Note - you can get all of the day files you are missing, then just run Update Database once. It will properly process multiple files.

If you use both internet AND toll-free, it costs you even more than toll-free. Best $$$ deal is internet-only, and updates are pretty easy.
