By my (not strictly precise) estimation, 32 1/2 represents
effectively a 50% retracement of
the current intermediate (4-month) sell-off.

Short-term tax-selling-bounce traders should close positions.
I recommend a sell-stop at 32 1/4.
A protective sell-stop below the market is also recommended.
