Don Ok. I am looking at weekly charts to call DJIA in a downtrend since the week of 8/15. It is in a downward trading range because we do have definite lower lows and lower highs.

Lower highs are
8340.14 week of 8/8
8218.34 week of 10/10
8209.56 week of 12/5
8195.89 week of 12/12
My next guess is a higher low of 8100 or less in next 4 weeks

Lower lows are
7588.28 week of 8/22
7556.23 week of 9/12
7461.00 week of 11/07 (there was a lower low in the previous week sell off
7391.59 week of 1/16

These points form my downward trading range band for DJIA.
