>>IOM, ORCL or NSCP which one has more upward potential in 98? <<

ORCL has the best upward potential of these three.

ORCL's PE is 28, compared to IOM's 35 (20% less). ORCL is down 50% from its September and all-time highs of 40, and is near its lowest price in 2 years. Its entire sector has already been battered as of late, and it is a huge company with a market cap near $20 Billion. It is these big techs that will rebound first.

NSCP is rapidly losing ground to MSFT. If I were invested in it, I would get out. I happen to use Netscape Nav., but I wouldn't invest in the stock right now.

IOM has 3 mature products (Zip, Jaz, Ditto), with no future ones being assured of the success these have had. Three overdue products (no.hand, Buzz, and Dud2) have all been delayed due to quality concerns. The high price of Dud2 has also been a concern as it will prevent it from having the sales figures its predecessor enjoyed. Its high PE already takes into account all good news.
