Well, 21 years later I am here. Looking at the long range daily chart it moved up nicely from 1998 to a peak just over $40 in 2007. It then lost over 50% of value and traded in the $20 range for about 2 1/2 years. It then peaked again, this time at $30 (and change) in 2015. From there it dropped to a low of .38 on 26 July 2018. It closed today at .5807. Looking at the ten year daily chart range, it seems to have bottomed out, only time will tell if that is the case or not.
