Jerome,

Thanks for all the hard work...it's much appreciated. You hit the nail on the head about the difficulty of comparing NET margins. I need to learn more from AGTI, if I can, about the past billing arrangements and then try to develop some meaningful numbers. JH, the only glitch I noticed in your calculations was 20 machines in 170 halls. This would equate to 3400 machines @ $.90 , or approx. $1.1mil per year. Not enough to write home about, but maybe enough to show an overall net profit, due to the expense reductions. You're right...we need to generate more revenues from other product lines (e.g., MaxLite, PartyMax, Sonic, Prism) and projects.

On the PR side, there seems to be a problem which hasn't yet been corrected regarding the issuance of press releases. I use Microsoft Investor to track my portfolios, and the program gives a little "flag" if news has been released about one company or another. AGTI has been using a Canadian news service to distribute their press releases, and I don't get the "flag". If you guys hadn't posted that news was out yesterday, I would not have known. The press releases apparently are not hitting all the normal newswire services, so I have to assume that the general investing public never saw them.. This may partially account for the "ho hum" attitude of investors. BTW, this is a fairly recent problem which didn't exist up until a few months ago.

Finally, regarding the content of yesterday's news, wasn't there a similar release months ago? My memory isn't always the greatest, but I remember a release which indicated the company was taking a harder line on the holders of debentures. I don't know who the Reg S players are....probably in SEC filings....or how many. But I wish they would give us a little break, hold their shares until we get our price into a better trading range, then sell off in small blocks which wouldn't have such a negative effect on the stock price. I'm oversimplifying the whole thing a lot, but a "managed" selloff would benefit everyone, including the Reg S guys. What a great dream..
