I think this is worth another read...

Mr. Yoder is a private investor an entrepreneur. From 1984-1994 he was the Director of Product Marketing for SPRINT. Mr. Yoder has over 25 years experience managing the resources required to develop and deliver systems, services and products to Fortune 1000 companies and federal and state governments. From 1979-1984, Mr. Yoder was responsible for the successful development of a number of information and communications products delivered to industry and government as one of a kind solutions. Mr. Yoder was responsible for developing manufacturing systems for CTE from 1963-1973. From 1974-1979 he was Director of Eastern Region Technical Services for Tymshare, Inc. During which time he was responsible for the design development and delivery of hardware and software.

Mr. Raumer has more than 25 years' experience in all aspects of the Federal Government procurement process. He most recently served as Director of Federal Systems for SUMMA Four, Inc., where he was responsible for strategic planning, marketplace forecasting and analysis, and large-scale, computer-based information and communications systems.

Mr. Raumer previously worked for PictureTel Corporation, where he implemented a government value-added reseller program that boosted annual revenue growth from $450,000 to more than $18 million.
