I have enough money for the rest of my life, and so does everyone I know.

I'm sure there's a vast reservoir of the irresponsible someplace, but I'm not acquainted with them.

Your biggest hurdle will be controlling your "needs".

Left to his own devices my little brother, like many, could easily outspend even the largest fortune in the world. It seems to be a Republican trait you also share.

During his most recent phone call he failed to receive legal advice from me, then inexplicably endeavored to explain his mistaken understanding of a complex multi-party 1039 exchange because our exchange attorney was temporarily too busy, or understandably disinclined, to return another of his pointless anxious calls. I reminded him I'm not an attorney and if I ever become interested in hiring him as my attorney I will be certain to give him a call. Even that barely managed to end his phone call.

Fortunately he can't do anything of consequence at our family's company without my approval. He "sought his fortune" as it were by going to work for my parents, so he's always been their monkey.

I'll tell you much the same. If I ever become interested in your advice on retirement savings I'll be certain to let you know. In the interim I've little interest in nonsense.
