I herd the same. Called the Company today to conferm. The is a joint venture that will be anounced in the comming weeks. This will be for a few projects that are in the works. American Mineral Fields has had some problems in that area of the congo with the government. Seems they are on the wrong side of the political people. Unlike IP who says that they have all their ducks lined up for the go ahead to mine. Could be a factor and a terrible Canadian market for the fall in price.
