Mr. Burch - Had the stock gone up on this earnings announcement, you would be calling the management team genius' I understand your emotional state right now as no one likes to lose money (which of course you haven't unless you sold today) ... but dont lose sight of the bigger picture. These guys in management are TOP NOTCH...

Too often, people tie together the state of a company with the day to day movement of a stock price. IT DOESNT WORK THAT WAY.

I have no idea what goes on in the heads of these analyst. But there job is to read the information they gather through all avenues and make a *prediction* of where a company's stock is heading.

Bay's management job is to manage the long-term and short-term business for the company and make us the number one premier networking supplier for the world... this is what they are doing.

Q3 is seasonally weak and offers *uncertainty* for the future. IT IS THE ANALYST'S JOB AND THE PEOPLE WHO INVEST 10's of MILLIONS of their money in Bay to look out for their money. When there is unceratainty they sell first and ask questions later.

Let's not let our emotions rule us.

Cruiser (Still proud to work at Bay!)
