"As for the 100% exoneration, it's not Mueller's job to exonerate anyone. " He made that very clear when he said "I can't exonerate Trump". Just because he didn't say "I can't exonerate anybody else, either" doesn't mean everybody else is exonerated. We won't know that until all other on-going investigations are finished. Then, if a name doesn't get mentioned, the person will be exonerated. For instance, Rat's name will not be mentioned, so it goes without saying that he is exonerated. Will you be able to say the same thing, comrade?
