Manufacturing was done at subcontractors. There is a facility in Boxborough MA, but that was mostly getting boards in from subs and then putting them in boxes and shipping them out. Let me add that my knowledge is of what was originally "Xyplex", the Hughes LAN portion of the company was in CA, and I'm not too familiar with them. I was under the impression that they aren't even around anymore, I think their switch was a complete failure (LAN switch that was ATM based - with ethernet & ATM interfaces) - but I could be wrong.
