With that forced divestiture news alone, nearly all of the 8 1/2% gain I'd seen in BMY in the past two months evaporated today. This probably had as much to do with the decline as the divestiture news: Bristol-Myers' Opdivo fails to beat Nexavar in liver cancer study; shares down 3% premarket seekingalpha.com
