Give it a rest, please. As long as TM is upfront about his real estate interests and charges NN fair market prices, I see no conflict of interest. He didn't move the company to enhance the value of his real estate, rather he developed real estate where the company was located, perhaps when nobody else would make the investment. He is actually taking quite a personal risk. If NN doesn't grow enough to fill his technology park, he could take a real financial bath. All this harping about conflict of interest is just sour grapes because you probably bought NN at or near it's peak & are sitting on some paper losses. Now you want to find someone else to blame. Next thing you know you'll be calling for a class action law suit that will only hurt the company and enrich a few scum-bag lawyers.
