I've read reports that the semi business lost more than 30% of their market share in the past year due to trade issues... Also, June is typically a bearish month for semis, that only aggravates things... Additionally, semis lead these markets in both directions, so if this kind of selling continues, then it will likely take everything else down along with it until it finds a floor... I also understand that MU is reporting after the markets close today, that could turn things around or add more fuel to this selling... GZ
