Now that everyone has taken in the NASA forecast and V. Zharkova's new paper, I'm going to remind once again that these are "solar only" data points.
As extremely important as they are, there's also that pesky magnetic pole shift/accelerating magnetosphere weakness compounding matters on the cosmic ray front.
And it's cosmic ray intrusion where the rubber truly meets the road.

If, on a "solar only" basis, the prognosis is a Maunder-type minimum, the pole shift will necessarily take it deeper than that.
