Mergers/consolidations irrelevant. There's only a dozen or so global auto makers, world telecoms, & airlines & suppliers to those business have no trouble making a buck due to the few in number. Big Pharma has no choice but to subscribe to Incyte's database now & forever. Not doing so would be near-suicide. Under what circumstances would you stop subscribing? I can't think of a single reason. R&D is the life-blood of these companies. It's not if but when does someone develop a marketable drug based upon Incyte's database. Just watch that spark light a fire. 100 bagger in 10 years. Buy it & hold it.
