Thank you... I'm very proud of my old outfit... talk about the historic battles, many of the street names at Fort Campbell had the names of famous battles, missions, and operations, such as Corregidor and so on... When I was deployed to the far east we flew in a C-130 troop carrier and landed en route for refueling at Midway Island which itself was the scene of a very famous WW II battle... we got off the plane and had breakfast in a big tent while the plane refueled, and then we flew on to Yokohama, Japan... Great memories!!! GZ
