They're really angry at themselves, they want to blame everyone around them for their own personal failures...

While any blanket generalization really can't explain everyone's anger, we have to understand what it is within ourselves that makes us angry...

Anger expressed outwardly is really anger and one's self for not doing better, for not taking chances, for not being more discriminating about searching for opportunities, and so on... when we perceive ourselves as a failure, we tend to turn that disappointment and self directed anger into blaming others, they think it's never our own fault for failure... these people think and act on the same false premise, e.g., that it's never our fault, it's always the fault of everyone else taking advantage of me... this is the liberal minded perspective of the world... it's a philosophy of anger and envy...

There are also very wealthy people who are just as angry (and feel just as poor) because one's anger isn't measured by wealth or the lack of wealth, it's 100% to do with one's own self perception about his/her relationship with the world around that individual...

How come we can have two people in the same circumstance and one is happy and the other is angry???

The answer is how we perceive our world around us...

The wealthy man is not the one with the most money, the wealthy man is the one who is happy with his portion... the strong man is not the one who can lift the heaviest weight, the strong man is the one who can subdue his own anger...
