Dave, although I could not seem to enter the chat room or view what was going on, I called the company and they said the chat went on just fine--they said before the next chat to call the company and they would provide a special channel or some such thing.

As for your question, give them a call at 1 818 565-5555. They usually have someone there who knows what is going on.
