JDN, you say this is a different company now, but look at the latest SEC filing that is being pointed out by others. That looks like more insider selling. Yes?? If it is, why is he selling? to get out and take his profits? or use the cash from the sale of stock to fund operations? If that is the case, then that is a clear sign that cash flow is not enough to support operations. When does it stop? When the public no longer finds TPRO stock attractive (at which point it might be too late as the company may default by then.) I don't disagree with the business they are in, but I have serious concerns about how they are going to get there. The company already has 24 million shares outstanding. How are they ever going to earn a significant profit with that many shares and rising? As a CPA, what would you be recommending them to do. Surely you must have an idea as to how they can improve their financial picture.
