- You may be right. I forgot that you mentioned there were two issues
involved. I only asked about the Feb. 24th hearing. So I guess the
answer that there could be a "final decision" on that date might only
refer to one of the issues.

It would be helpful if anyone with a better knowledge of legal matters
could speak to the company and find out exactly what the claims are
about and how they fit into South African law. One thing that was
mentioned to me yesterday was that when Southernera's JV partner on
this project set out to aquire the mineral rights on the property
they set up a 1 million Rand trust fund in order to compensate any
heirs that might show up. I guess this means that such an event is
not uncommon in South Africa and I'm curious how such claims are
usually handled.
