More smoke from Elmer. He's never going to tell the retail investors what's really going on til it happens. We've been run like a private company since the JV was signed with only one investor, Ernesto. As long as the tariff wars exist there's no exit strategy they can execute. Copper prices will remain suppressed until the trade war is over.
