Actually whether you vote or not you are entitled to express whatever opinion you like about the outcome. You do not forfeit your right to have an opinion because you can't be bothered voting in a statistically insignificant way.

Not voting is not ordaining the outcome. A non voter would be perfectly reasonable to take up arms to overthrow the outcome. For example if the vote was to enforce slavery, or exterminate Jewry, or enforce Islamic rule, it would be ethical to defeat the winners by force of arms.

An electoral outcome has no moral or ethical implication.
