To All. Check out the Fieldworks home page at field-works.com and the Yahoo profile for this company which is listed on NASDAQ as FWRX.

Interesting points are that Fieldworks has a market cap 3 times that of CYI (6 times a few months ago) with comparable historical sales but without TEMPEST or the Slice technology to offer or the big contracts PC Mobile has on the books. Much smaller float (approx 2M) but going up on average volumes of 15000 share per day.

Their products are all transportable but don't appear to have in-vehicle attributes similar to the PC Mobile. This would limit their products to being used as hand-held or non-mounted laptops only. One point mentioned in their blurb is that their product is better than the "lunchbox" mobile computers which aren't ruggedized. This would mean products similar to Omnidata's which are being used in the public utility industry. With PC Mobile ruggedization of Omnidata lunchboxes then maybe we are looking at getting the first (?) ruggedized lunchbox computer on the market.

All the above being the case we should be at, at least, $5 not $1 11/16ths? I'm sure you will all agree that this share price is delaying all of our investment plans (not to mention costing us money).

Rob

PS Some management guru (I can't remember his name as there are so many) recently said there are only two attributes successful companies need to have to succeed in the future (1) innovation and (2) marketing....may we have the marketing now please.
