Yes they are, at least our lab is looking for a new version. We've had to reinstall NT twice in less than a year because of significant problems. There are so many patches and drivers that have been released that it has become really annoying trying to find them all and install them. They might be willing to give Rhapsody a try, but I doubt they are willing to replace all of the PCs with Macs.
