This will really put a fire under Schrader...Friday's meeting should be a lot of fun!! How many other offers has Schrader ash-canned over the last three years unbeknownst to the shareholders?! More than one, I bet. Also, interesting timing (6:00pm Tuesday evening) on PSIX's press "non-release" --Schrader window-dressing in advance of the offer which was faxed to him Tuesday evening. Obviously, Schrader is girding to decline this offer.
