Network problems all day on Windows 10, MS and Dell can not figure it out, we tried about everything you can image and no luck,

So, I put the old HDD in the box and it works 100%. It was a bad install of Windows 10. I will clone this drive to the SSD, install the SSD and try again in the fall. Wasted 2 days.

Sorry I am still a little confused Your entire episode with Network problems doesn't make sense if you state the problem ended up being the modem, if the problem went away after changing hard drives?

Personally, have found in general network problems are more often related to the modem / router than the software. An occasional resetting your modem router might be the best bet
