fundementals are:

a) All companies will be one !!!
b) SGV will be the only companie to deal with !!!
c) 2 shares SGV for one KWG
d) Priorities:
1) Haiti, because there they can cash inmediatley gold
2) Russia, 3 properties
3) Dominiacn Republic.

I'll think in the end of the day we all gonna earn money !!!
