Thanks Joerg for the great report. I figured the Rehabs would be sold at some point but I didn't know GE and TREX were Caprius distributors that is great. Distribution and service are big issues for small company. One mill revenue in 98 is good but hopefully it will be more... The projection of earnings appears a bit conservative. Perhaps they can pull in that end of 99 a bit to Q1 or Q2 in 99.. maybe not..
The timeline is long but not out of line with a developing company. Between now and then another company may try to accumulate a position on Caprius and make a run at GE's position. Caprius then would most likely give GE the green light. Any way it appears GE will need to ask the shareholders for a proxy if they wanted the company or engage in a
hostile take over at some point. There must be a 13d form filed by GE on their intentions.
I think there appears to be time still to add a few more shares if we see the unfolding story develop properly.
