Briefing Com. saying very positive things about BAY today despite downgrades. They give a nice little summary of the results and the upgrades and down. They conclude that BAY is poised for revenue and earnings growth. The say it is selling at a discount to other networkers. They print in bold type that BAY has forecast incremental growth in both the 3rd and 4th quarters. Old BAY watches will know that this is a bit of a conversion as far as Briefing Com. is concerned.
