Remember, it is the Mutual Funds who can really take a stock into the stratosphere. IOM's lack of volume combined with its low price does not make it a very interesting candidate for these Institutions. I believe it is individuals who are driving up the price right now(evident by the low volume and small trading blocks). Individuals get frustrated and bail a lot quicker than Mutual Funds.<<<<
