6.4 magnitude, South Central CA...not in a city fortunately. sfgate.com From there the impetus causing the quake will continue east, following the North American craton. South TX, Western OK, Missouri, VA and up into Appalachians and then New England. Some 4.0 or higher shakes along the craton are quite possible over the coming week. Could be a bit of a stress test on the New Madrid.
