If that's you doing homework, I'm not sure how you got through the class. "Military chiefs have concerns about the politicization of President Donald Trump's July 4 event, a source with direct knowledge told CNN." This is essentially unsourced material. We don't know who said it, what "direct" knowledge they had, what their position is, and most importantly, whether CNN is just lying as usual. "Direct knowledge" suggests it is a claim from one of the military chiefs. If that is true, they ought to go on the record as a disclosed source. Such a person could simply say, "As I don't know precisely what the evening will look like, I'm going to err on the side of caution." No one would have an issue with that. CNN is well past the point of being honest media and now falls into the category of supermarket tabloid-ism.
