Have followed FLC and RB for several months, both looked to be well managed and highly profitable companys. I run some quick estimates for based for leading PE on 98 earnings estimates. FLC at 25x 98 earnings - 53/share and at 35x 98 earning - 74/share, RB 25x 98 earnings - 62/share and at 35x 98 earnings - 86/share. Heard that FLC earnings should increase by 50% and RB by almost100%. With this merger, one would think the overhead should consolidate and earning increase. Haven't found any information from either of their web sites or in the news, any leads or thoughts.
