I think that the impact will be significantly greater than 3% to 4%. Sprint has been a financially-strapped also-ran in the mobile industry and a drag on Softbank’s results. The combination of T-Mobile and Sprint will be a more viable competitor and in the long-run Softbank’s minority interest in the combined entity will be far more valuable than its majority interest in Sprint.
