There are multiple challenges in court and some have been seen by the USSC. Of course, you are ignorant of that, as you are of so many other things. This is a complex case, because a fine line needs to be drawn to ensure the government doesn't over-regulate corporations, but they also need to protect free speech. So this will take time to solve properly, but it will get solved. Social media will continue to act with impunity in the mean time and that will involve far more election meddling than Russia ever did. They are already meddling in a big way.
